Purchases & Refunds

First, make sure that your name and address are entered exactly as they appear on your credit card statement, or the charge may be rejected. Next, please make sure you have correctly entered the expiration date and CVV code – this is a common cause of transaction failure.
We have fair refund policy of 30 days. If you bought a course and have access 10% of the course but you didn't like it, then we will refund you the whole amount. If you consumed the exam voucher that came with course then the refund will not be provided. If you qualify above refund policy, then you need to send an email to support@pinnacledu.com for refund request. We will proceed the refund.
If the course is under discount, you will get a discount voucher code from our support representative along with a payment link where you can use the discount voucher code and make the payment.

Making Courses

Once the account is created that cannot be deleted however can be modified with name. you can directly change your account name by going into your profile.
